Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY TERMS AND POLICIES WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. PAYMENT METHODS: I accept card/tap, cash and Zelle only. ✿ A card on file is required for every client. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime and for any reason. ✿ BOOKING FEE ✿ A NONREFUNDABLE booking fee is required at the time of booking. This will go towards the total of your service. ✿ You must reschedule no later than 24 hours in advance to transfer the booking fee. If you decide to reschedule less than 24 hours, this will result in a booking fee loss and you will need a new booking fee to rebook. ✿ If for any reason I have to refund you (not credit your account) for your booking fee, you will not be allowed to book again with me in the future. LATE POLICY ✿ Due to back to back appointments, I have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes *with no communication* the appointment will need to be cancelled with a cancellation fee of 50% of the services that were booked. This includes the base price of your services. This also includes any before and after hours fee as well. ✿ If you are unable to make the grace period *with communication with me* your appointment may be altered or restricted based on time constraints. ✿ Please contact me if you are going to be a few minutes late. It is very much appreciated! CANCELLATION POLICY ✿ If you need to cancel for ANY reason, please cancel 24 hours in advance! This way it will be easier for me to reschedule you as well as give someone else an opportunity to book a service. ✿ If you cancel in less than 24 hours, this will result in a booking fee loss and you will need a new booking fee to rebook. You will be charged 100% of the services booked. ✿ No call, no show - You will be charged 100% of services booked and this may result in being blocked from booking future services. ✿ Card on file will not be charged for any reason unless the policy is violated. Feel free to message me for any questions! BOOKING INFORMATION ✿ I understand that my booking website may be a little confusing! Please DM or message me for any questions! Incorrect booking can set back appointments due to time or may result in your own appointment loss. ✿ If you need a removal, it MUST be booked. If you arrive to your appointment and need a removal, but did not book the service, it may result in appointment loss due to timing. ✿ If I do have time to squeeze in the removal during your service, you will be charged for the full price of a soak off removal (no new set) as well as the services you booked. ✿ PLEASE reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well. Please DM me or message me and I will happily rebook your appointment if available. ✿ Repairs such as nail breaks, lifting or polish chips are complimentary with every service. Up to one fix per service period. All services are final. There will be NO refunds. ✿ I will not remove acrylic or dip foreign nail enhancements. ✿ If you have any of the following nail enhancements that were not performed by me, you can book a foreign soak off and we can happily remove the product prior to your new service: builder gel (structured manicure) & hard gel ONLY. ✿ If you would like to book an appointment before or after business hours, if approved, I require an additional $40.00 fee. Please let me know in advance if this is something you’d like to book! ✿ By booking, you agree that photos/videos of your nails may be taken and used for social media and business promotion. If you’d rather not be photographed, just let me know before your appointment! ✿ NO smoking inside of the nail studio. GUESTS ✿ NO extra guests or children allowed unless being serviced or previously approved by me. ✿ NO pets allowed unless approved by me. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
